  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 450g meat of your choice (such as beef, chicken, or pork), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cups water or stock
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Oil: In a large pot over medium heat, add the oil. Once heated, add the onions and sauté until they become translucent.
  2. Cook the Meat: Add the meat to the pot and cook until it browns evenly.
  3. Add Vegetables: Stir in the carrots and potatoes, and cook for a few minutes.
