Short grain brown rice gives the eaters the health benefits of eating brown rice (vs white rice) but tastes SO MUCH BETTER than long grain brown rice! Oooo it’s so delicious!

Very flavourful, used it to flavour rice (e.g. gimbap), wakame salad dressing and for seasoning of bean sprouts & spinach.
