This was the first soju I've tried and I found it smooth and a little floral - no alcohol bite in the undertones even when having it neat. That mild floral note made me wonder if I could use it as a gin alternative in my usual G&Ts, and it was *delicious*. I look forward to buying more and experimenting with it as a cocktail ingredient.
