- Official Channels: All official communication regarding your delivery will come strictly from email addresses ending in @helloasia.co.za or from our official store contact numbers found here.
- Payments: All transactions are processed exclusively through our official website.
- Stay Safe: Our staff and courier partners will never ask you to share credit card information over the phone/email, nor will they ask you to make payments on any website other than ours.
1. Shipping Costs
For orders totaling R0 to R399, a flat shipping fee of R160 will apply. For orders between R400 and R799, a flat shipping fee of R80 will be charged. Orders totaling R800 or more will enjoy free shipping.
2. Shipping Method
We utilize trusted shipping partners to ensure your orders are delivered safely and promptly. The shipping method may vary depending on the destination and the size/weight of the items in your order.
3. Delivery Time
The delivery time for your order may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from the date of purchase. After your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 1 to 5 business days for standard fast shipping, though please allow extra time during peak seasons or holidays.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times but we always try our best to accommodate delivery needs. For special requests, please contact us via call or WhatsApp at 074 832 3489 before placing your order. We cannot accommodate notes such as "I need this by tomorrow" without prior communication.
Requesting expedited shipping before placing an order is possible, and we will do our best to assist. However, please note that our standard shipping is already quite efficient. Expedited shipping can cost several hundred rands, and more than a thousand rands for distant cities like Johannesburg.
4. Order Tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
