I like hot & spicy, but sometimes the other brands are just too hot & spicy to enjoy (heat overpowers the flavor). The Nongshim Shin Ramyun Stir Fry Toomba (Spicy & Creamy) is very well balanced with a slight bite of heat. This is indeed my new favorite noodle.
