Bought this as an inexpensive hong cha to drink in between my more special Pu-erh teas.
It definitely satisfies that place and brews nicely with the gong fu method in a gaiwan, offering a nice balanced profile while remaining mild and not too bitter. I'm personally not crazy about the very malty hong cha flavours and so this one works for me as it's a little malty but also has some complex notes with a pretty balanced dry but floral and fruity finish which I like.
