These are amazing, I love the chew in them, some can be too chewy.. these also do well soaked in egg for a rice paper omelette or just in water for a fried sushi bite. The options are limited! We go through two packs a month!they are so good!

Bich Chi is a well established Vietnamese maker and they get the balance right, so these rice papers soften quickly without turning gummy the way thicker ones can. The rice paper omelette trick is a great shout, and dipping them in egg before frying is exactly how a lot of Vietnamese street stalls do it.

It doesn't specify on the package but it should contain around 20+ pieces.
