Please keep this in stock so I can buy more. I tried this out by chance and I am OBSESSED. It soaks up flavor so well. The texture is supposedly similar to rice noodles but I disagree, they're a lot more chewy than rice noodles. I absolutely love the texture. I made them in soup, I made them on their own with a chili sauce, I stir-fried them. They are heavenly in every single way. I don't think you can make these noodles taste bad.
