dont think its worth. the premium but it is very good but the other one is good enough
Fair assessment, Stuart, and thanks for taking the time to share it. The Premium version carries a higher concentration of oyster extract, which shows up mostly in dipping applications or lighter dishes where the sauce is not competing with much else, though in a heavily seasoned stir fry the difference does narrow considerably. Both Lee Kum Kee bottles are solid workhorses, so it comes down to how you are using it. Good to have your comparison on record for others weighing up the two.
