As someone who now has a love hate relationship with Matcha, which sometimes tastes great, other times bad, and most often just alright, the is on the latter side of my taste spectrum. The matcha taste is very subdued, where it is there l, but almost negligible. The chocolate, though fresh and of good quality, also is far less creamy and sweet than the chocolate we South Africans are accustomed to. It was good enough that I wouldn't mind eating it again, but average enough that I probably wouldn't buy it again. Others might love the taste though, but it's just pretty 'meh' for me.
