It's wonderful that you found the Pearl River Bridge Pure Sesame Seed Oil worth the purchase, Rosy. This premium oil is renowned for its deep, authentic aroma and rich toasted flavor, which adds a professional touch to any stir-fry, marinade, or dipping sauce.

The oil has a "chemical" aftertaste that is overpowering. I know toasted sesame seeds can have a slightly bitter taste and takes getting used to, but the lingering taste was close to rancid.

This is really tasty sesame seed oil. It is good value for money, I first bought the 150ml to test it out and it really elevates my chow mein and adds a nutty, smokey flavour to Asian barbecue sauces.
