Beautiful vibrant colouring and unique taste and texture, as far as commercial matchas go this one is a winner!You'd be hard-pressed to find a more reasonably priced matcha with this quality.

It’s good tasting and has a great flavour and it’s not bitter at all. Great for lattes but the powder doesn’t dissolve all the way so I there are little clumps that remain even after whisking

Those little clumps are actually normal for matcha since the powder is so fine it compacts in the tin, so sifting it through a small mesh strainer before you whisk makes a big difference. Adding a splash of water first to make a smooth paste, then whisking in a brisk W motion rather than circles, also helps it dissolve fully before you top up with milk. My favorite matcha for homemade lattes. Dissolves well and has a warm mild grassy smell. Goes well with different kinds of milk and the hot and cold lattes taste better than what I get at most cafes. However, it isn’t really suitable for drinking on its own with water.

Excellent value for money. If you want quantity and don't mind quality (if you’ll be mixing with other stuff) go with classic grade. If you want quality: supreme. In both cases comparing with other matcha suppliers I've had of basic and ceremonial grade matcha, Hello Asia wins hands down on value for money. The whole store wins if we're being honest. The colour is really good, nice vibrant green. It tastes really good, I’m still getting a hang of my proportioning but overall it’s good quality and I was very happy with my order.

This is the best matcha I've ever bought, and I have bought some really expensive Matchas that do not even come close to how good this matcha is. The color is also very nice bright green. when whisked, it gives a very nice thick consistency.
