This Retro Porcelain Tea Set is inspired by the exquisite Ge ware and Ru ware, two of the famous Five Great Kilns from the Song Dynasty (960–1279 CE). The Five Great Kilns were renowned for producing some of the finest ceramics in Chinese history. Ru ware, prized by the imperial court, is celebrated for its smooth, jade-like texture and soft, bluish-green glaze. Ge ware, known for its distinctive crackle-glazed patterns, represents an artistic fusion of controlled craftsmanship and natural beauty.
Handcrafted in Dehua, a region with over a millennium of porcelain-making tradition, this set includes one teapot, four cups, accessories, and a travel pack, combining ancient Chinese artistry with modern convenience for tea lovers and collectors.
