Ripe Pu-erh Tea is a post-fermented Chinese tea originating from Yunnan, a region famed for its long tea-making history. Also referred to as Shu Pu-erh, cooked Pu-erh, Pu’er, Puerh, or Puer tea, it is produced through a controlled fermentation process that develops its deep color and smooth, earthy character. The tea brews into a dark, mellow cup with notes of wood and cocoa, making it easy to drink, comforting, and well suited for daily enjoyment.

My favourite tea so far

I really enjoy this tea. It has a pleasant earthy taste and smell to it. The tea also has an amazing dark, rich colour when brewed. I put some of this tea in a mesh strainer to take to work, I steep it three times during the day and each steep still tastes great.

Hi Magdalena, thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review! We're thrilled that our Pu-erh tea has become your favorite and that you're enjoying those beautiful earthy notes and rich color. We love that it holds up beautifully across multiple steeps throughout your day. Your appreciation for quality tea means everything to us, and we look forward to serving you again!

Fermented Ripe Pu-erh Tea - Ancient Wisdom!

Fermented ripe Pu-erh tea is like the older sister - it comes with knowlede, ancient wisdom and a deep sense of trust. Deep earthy tones, like comforting all the other added teas in the brew!

Thank you so much, Christa, what a beautiful way to describe ripe Pu-erh! It’s the kind of tea that holds a blend together, adding body and balance, and it’s just as rewarding enjoyed on its own for a quiet, reflective cup.
