What a nice first impression, Liesl! Royal Family Custard Mochi in banana pairs a soft chewy shell with a smooth custard center, and the banana version tends to win over even people who are new to mochi. There are a few other flavors in the range if you want to keep the taste test going.
My son loves these, but for me the flavour is a little too strong and too much like fake banana flavour rather than authentic banana flavour.
