Definitely my favorite of all the mochi I tried.it has a really weird texture that's both jelly-like and doughy from the glutinous rice flower, and has a soft, peachy taste that is sweet, but not overly so. It also works incredibly well for cooling the mouth afrywr anything spicy. Perhaps the most refreshing sweet treat I can equate to a mango Lassi on a hot day.
