If I want something delicious but don't have time to cook a big meal, these noodles are my go-to favourite! I add an extra layer of flavour by stirring in soft cheese (e.g. mozzarella) at the end of the cooking process after the noodles have been drained, and heat over low heat until melted and emulsified. I don't add the whole sachet of hot sauce, though: I like spicy food but the sauce makes me feel like a wimp!
