if you want MSG this is good stuff - perfect for everything
Thanks, Stuart! MSG really is one of the simplest ways to round out savory depth, and a small pinch goes a long way in soups, marinades, stir-fries, and even on roast vegetables. The 1kg refill pack means you'll be set for a good long while. Appreciate the review!
I hadn't realized how much flavor I'd been missing out on without this! It has cemented itself as an ingredient that sits beside the salt and sugar, used where appropriate, to boost and improve the taste of my meals.
This is a great review to read! MSG works by delivering glutamate directly, the same savory compound that builds up naturally in aged cheese, mushrooms, and slow simmered stocks, so it amplifies depth rather than adding a flavor of its own. A small pinch alongside your salt genuinely does most of the heavy lifting, and the 1kg refill pack means you will not run out anytime soon. Sounds like it has found a permanent home in your kitchen.
Makes everything taste awesome, just add a little bit scrambled eggs turn into a 5 star βοΈ dish πππ
Glad to hear you're enjoying it! A little MSG truly enhances flavors, and it's great to know it's elevating even simple dishes like scrambled eggs. Happy cooking! βπ
