Dumpling maker looks good, I still need to try it.
Thanks for the review, John! Hope it makes short work of your first batch. A light dusting of flour on the mold helps the wrappers release cleanly, and it works just as well for gyoza, jiaozi, or samosa-style fillings. Do come back and let us know how they turn out.
Just a heads up, the steele is very thin. Looks like it will still do the job, haven’t tried it yet.
