To watery and salty

To watery and salty

Thanks for the honest feedback, Gavin, and sorry this one wasn't to your taste. Sambal oelek is a fairly loose, salt-forward chili base rather than a finished condiment, so it usually shines once cooked down into stir-fries, curries, or marinades, but we understand it's not for everyone. If you ever have a quality concern with an order, please reach out at info@helloasia.co.za and we're more than happy to assist.
