Very grassy green tea

Compared to the other grean teas I tried from HelloAsia, this one reminded me of grass in a bad way. As in I thought it might actually be just grass. It didn't seem to brew as well as the others and the taste was meh and bitter no matter how I brewed it.

Edit: After sending a detailed description of my experience to HelloAsia, they were very helpful and reassuring. They refunded this product, stating that they take quality control very seriously and have/will be taking steps to ensure that their teas continue to meet expectations.
