Is the sesame paste the same taste as tahini?
Wangzhihe Pure Sesame Paste tastes similar to tahini because both are made from ground sesame seeds, but it has a deeper, nuttier, and more intensely roasted flavor since it is made from toasted sesame seeds; compared with the lighter and milder taste of typical Middle Eastern tahini, Wangzhihe's sesame paste is darker, thicker, and more aromatic, though the two can generally be used interchangeably in recipes with some differences in flavor.
